Activision Blizzard (also referred to as ATVI or Activision in this report) is a global publisher and developer of online and interactive entertainment services, including PC, console and mobile games, as well as E-Sports. In 2013, the company’s ownership went from 63% to 11.8% from French mass media conglomerate Vivendi SA. As of 2016, Vivendi SA sold their remaining 5.8% share in Activision Blizzard.
